إن شركة Arabic News Broadcasting UK Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 11/4/2006، تحت رقم 2379 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 19/8/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 10933/2017، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع المدراء المنعقد في 29/12/2015، الموافقة على استقالة السيد محمد المقدادي من المجلس وتفويض مسؤولية الادارة في الشركة وفي فرع بيروت للسيد بطرس الخوري، وبالتالي قبول استقالات المدراء المنتهية ولايتهم. كما تقرر الموافقة على استقالة السيد نظمي أوجي من جميع مهامه بشكل فوري وتعديل التفويض المصرفي الخاص بالشركة في بيروت فورا.
