إن شركة United Trademark And Patent Services Limited، المسجلة بتاريخ 17/11/2008، تحت رقم 2482 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،
قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/8/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 11271/2017، بأنها قد قررت، في 26/4/2017، الموافقة على قبول استقالة المدير السابق لفرع الشركة في لبنان السيد محمد فروخ عرفان خان في العام 2010، وتعيين السيدة ماريا فروخ عرفان خان مديرة لهذا الفرع توقع عنه بشكل منفرد، مع منحها الصلاحيات اللازمة.
