إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان بالتكليف رقم 1557/ب تاريخ 30/8/2017،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد محمد عبد الكريم قاسم، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي في بلدة دلهون، السيد علي حسين حسين وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
