ان شركة Abbott Laboratories SA المسجلة بتاريخ 12/10/1996، تحت رقم 1031 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 23/10/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13944/2017، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار مجلس إدارة الشركة الصادر في 21/9/2017 تعيين السيد أشرف أحمد محمد داود من أجل القيام وتوقيع وتنفيذ والموافقة على كل ما ورد في القرار المشار إليه أعلاه في ما يتعلق بالمكتب التمثيلي للشركة في لبنان. إن هذه السلطة تكون سارية المفعول اعتبارا من 21/9/2017، وتظل سارية المفعول لمدة ثلاث سنوات أو حتى إلغائها أو التاريخ الذي ينتهي فيه عمل السيد أشرف أحمد محمد داود مع الشركة، ايهما أقرب.
