إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد انطوان ابراهيم ابو رجيلي المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع التخمين - محافظة جبل لبنان المسجل برقم 3821/ق تاريخ 18/10/2017،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 31/10/2017،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

شطب بناء لطلبه، اسم الخبير السيد انطوان ابراهيم ابو رجيلي من جدول الخبراء المحلفين لدى المحاكم فرع التخمين - محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
