إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد انطوان نمر عطيه المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع المحاسبة - محافظة بيروت المسجل برقم 3726/ق تاريخ 10/10/2017،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 25/10/2017،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

شطب بناء لطلبه، اسم الخبير السيد انطوان نمر عطيه من جدول الخبراء المحلفين لدى المحاكم فرع المحاسبة - محافظة بيروت.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
