ان وزير الزراعة،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقــم 97 تــاريــخ 16/9/1983 وتعديلاته (دمج مؤسسات عامة بوزارة الزراعة وإعادة تنظيم الوزارة(،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/6/1994 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة(،

بناء على القانون الصادر بالـمرسوم رقم 31 تاريخ 18/1/1955 (تحديد مهام وزارة الزراعة لا سيما الـمادة الثانية منه(،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تخضع عملية تصدير الـموز الى سوريا لإذن مسبق يعطيه وزير الزراعة (وفق الـمستند الـمرفق).

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخه وحتى اشعار آخر.

المادة 3

يبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم.
