ان وزير الزراعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 97 تاريخ 16/9/1983 وتعديلاته (دمج مؤسسات عامة بوزارة الزراعة واعادة تنظيم الوزارة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/6/1994 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة)،

بناء على القانون الصادر بالمرسوم رقم 31 تاريخ 18/1/1955 (تحديد مهام وزارة الزراعة لا سيما المادة الثانية منه)،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يلغى رقم 182/1 تاريخ 12/3/2020.

المادة 2

يعاد العمل بالقرار رقم 832/1 تاريخ 7/11/2017.

المادة 3

تقدم الطلبات في مديرية الثروة الزراعية.

المادة 4

يعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره.

المادة 5

يبلغ هذا القرارمن يلزم.
