إن وزير الاعلام

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 88 تاريخ 28/2/2009 (نقل كامل ملكية المطبوعة)،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من «شركة سي بي اتش ورلد ميديا ش.م.م» والمسجل تحت رقم 162 تاريخ 16/1/2018 (طلب ابدال اسم المطبوعة).

بعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية.

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يبدل اسم مطبوعة عالم الانشاءات العربي - اراب كونستركشن وورلد» الشهرية، غير السياسية، ليصبح {construction HQ}، على ان يستمر السيد محمد ربيع فتحي شاتيلا بتحمل مسؤولية المطبوعة.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
