ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عيّن السيد ابراهيم مخايل بشاره، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سناً، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد منيف سليم الحجي في بلدة دير ميماس - قضاء مرجعيون، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
