إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف سيما المواد 70، 174 و182 منه،

وبناء على القرار الاساسي رقم 9286 تاريخ 9/3/2006 وتعديلاته المتعلق بالمؤهلات العلمية والمهنية والادبية،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 29/8/2018،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يلغى نص جدول لائحة المهام المنظمة المرفق بالقرار الاساسي رقم 9286 تاريخ 9/3/2006 ويستبدل بالنص الجديد المرفق بهذا القرار.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.

المادة 3

يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.
