إن وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1024081 تاريخ 29/3/2018 بإسم «جنى تامر للدراسات والنشر"JANA TAMER editeur

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدة جنا اسعد تامر، والمسجل تحت رقم 948 تاريخ 12/4/2018، (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار)

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تمنح السيدة جنا اسعد تامر، اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر بإسم «دار جنى تامر للدراسات والنشر»، تتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسها.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
