إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد ايلي عبده ابي خير المتضمن طلب نقل انتسابه من جدول الخبراء من فرع السير والميكانيك - محافظة بيروت الى فرع التخمين في المحافظة المذكورة،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 19/9/2018،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

ينقل الخبير السيد ايلي عبده ابي خير من فرع السير والميكانيك الى فرع التخمين في محافظة بيروت.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
