إن وزير الاعلام

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 2053117 تاريخ 17/4/2018 بإسم «دار الحارس».

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد ناهي عارف المهتار، والمسجل تحت رقم 1965 تاريخ 17/7/2018، (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار).

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يمنح السيد ناهي عارف المهتار، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصا بانشار دار نشر بإسم «دار الحارس» يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
