إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 396/ب تاريخ 13/2/2018،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977، (قانون البلديات),

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية برسا - قضاء الكورة - محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه،
