إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 144 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (قانون ضريبة الدخل)،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (الإجراءات الضريبية) لاسيما البند 7 من المادة 9 منه،

بناء على اقتراح مدير المالية العام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تمدد لغاية 19/10/2018 ضمناً، مهلة تسديد ضريبة الرواتب والأجور وتقديم بيانات الفصل الثالث من سنة 2018، العائدة لها.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى موقع وزارة المالية الإلكتروني.
