إن وزير الزراعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المادة 93 من نظام مجلس شورى الدولة (مشروع القانون الصادر بالمرسوم رقم 10434 تاريخ 14/6/1975)، لاسيما الفقرتين الاولى والثانية منها،

يقرر ما يأتي:

تطبيق القرار رقم 561/2017 - 2018 الصادر عن مجلس شورى الدولة بتاريخ 8/3/2018 القاضي بابطال القرار رقم 1048/1 تاريخ 13/6/2016 والقرار رقم 1202/1 تاريخ 27/6/2016 الصادرين عن وزير الزراعة ووزير الصحة العامة.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
