إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي),

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد هاني محمد قاسم المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع المحاسبة - محافظة بيروت المسجل برقم 4537/ق تاريخ 19/11/2018،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الاعلى بتاريخ 27/11/2018،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

شطب، بناء لطلبه، اسم الخبير السيد هاني محمد قاسم من جدول الخبراء المحلفين لدى المحاكم فرع المحاسبة - محافظة بيروت.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
