ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 2383/ تاريخ 12/10/2018،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عيّن السيد حسان ذيب الغضبان، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سناً في بلدة مجدل بلهيص مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد محمد حسين الشمعة وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
