ان شركة D.O.R.C. Dutch Ophtalmic Research Center (International) B.V. المسجلة بتاريخ 29/2/2016، تحت رقم 2849 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/10/2018، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 15213/2018، بأنها قد قرَّرت، بموجب القرارات الخطية لمجلس إدارة الشركة الصادرة في 13/9/2018

1- إعفاء السيدة Ilze Timmers من واجباتها كمديرية لمكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان بأثر فوري.

2- تعيين السيد Vincent Francois Kocher كمدير لهذا المكتب، وبأثر فوري، مع منحه الصلاحيات الوارد ذكرها في القرارات المشار إليها أعلاه.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
