ان شركة Fujian Province Tingjiang Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd المسجلة بتاريخ 28/11/2017، تحت رقم 2910 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 2/11/2018، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 15945/2018، بأنها قد قرَّرت، بموجب قرار لمجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ 28/9/2018

1- تنحية السيد Chen Rushou من منصبه كرئيس مجلس الإدارة في فرع الشركة في لبنان.

2- تعيين السيد Bai Xiaoping رئيسا لمجلس إدارة الفرع المذكور أعلاه ولولاية من ثلاثة أعوام.

وقد منح السيد Bai Xiaoping الصلاحيات اللازمة.
