إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته لا سيما المادة /21/ منه،

بناء على انتخاب السيد ألبار عقيقي مختارا لبلدة بقعتوتة في الانتخابات الاختيارية للعام 2016،

بناء على إحالة قائمقام كسروان رقم 144/ش/2018 تاريخ 16/11/2018،

بناء على إحالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 278/ش 2017 تاريخ 4/12/2018،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

كف يد مختار بلدة بقعتوتة - قضاء كسروان المدعو ألبار وليم عقيقي وذلك للاسباب المبنية أعلاه،

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
