ان شركة Cable News International, Inc المسجلة بتاريخ 22/10/1997، تحت رقم 1070 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،
قد صرحت بتاريخ 1/2/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2155/2019، بأنَّها قد منحت سند توكيل خاص الى السيد Ghazi Mohammad Jamal Balkiz لكي يتسنى له، باسم مكتبها التمثيلي في بيروت. وتمثيلا له، العمل بصفة وكيل لها مع كامل الصلاحيات لأداء المهام المحددة في سند التوكيل المشار إليه أعلاه، والصادر في 13/12/2018، والذي بموجبه جرى، بشكل رسمي، عزل سند التوكيل الممنوح الى السيد Nick Paton Walsh بالإضافة الى أي سند توكيل آخر قد تكون الشركة منحته لصالح هذا الشخص في ما يتعلق بمكتبها التمثيلي في بيروت.
