إن شركة SUEZ International S.A.S. المسجلة بتاريخ 3/4/2003، تحت رقم 2242 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)
قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/3/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4610/2019،
بأنها قد عينت، اعتبارا من 20/12/2018، السيد حسن عبد الله، مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة الواردة في سند التوكيل الصادر في 20/12/2018، والذي يلغي ويحل مكان أي سند توكيل سابق، وهو ساري المفعول حتى 30 حزيران 2020 إلا في حال العزل المسبق لهذا التاريخ.
وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
