إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف لا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 12984 تاريخ 16/1/2019 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف لعام 2019،

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 1/2/19 المنعقدة بتاريخ 3/7/2019 القاضي بشطب «شركة مصرف البلاد الاسلامي للاستثمار والتمويل (مساهمة خاصة)" عن لائحة المصارف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يشطب عن لائحة المصارف إسم «شركة مصرف البلاد الاسلامي للاستثمار والتمويل (مساهمة خاصة)" المسجل في هذه اللائحة تحت رقم 134.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
