ان شركة الساحل العربي للتجارة والمقاولات ش.م.ب. (مقفلة) المسجلة بتاريخ 18/6/2012، تحت رقم 2669 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/4/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6319/2019، بأنها قد قرَّرت، بموجب اجتماع الجمعية العامة غير العادية المنعقدة في 25/4/2018، تحويل الشركة من شركة مساهمة بحرينية مقفلة الى شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة. وقد أبرم عقد تأسيس لهذه الشركة تضمن كافة التعديلات اللازمة لا سيما اسمها والذي أصبح: «شركة السّاحل العربيّ للتجارة والمقاولات ذ.م.م. (شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة)»

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
