إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على قرار بلدية الكويخات رقم /5/ تاريخ 21/3/2019،

بناء على قرار بلدية خريبة الجندي رقم 2/م.ب تاريخ تاريخ 21/3/2019،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تحدد الحدود الادارية الفاصلة بين بلديتي خريبة الجندي والكويخات وفقا للخريطة المرفقة بهذا القرار، والموقعة من رئيس بلدية الكويخات ورئيس بلدية خريبة الجندي.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
