ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019،

بناء على قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب رقم 44 تاريخ 17/6/2017، لا سيما المادة 43 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5396 تاريخ 31/7/2019 القاضي بدعوة الهيئات الناخبة في الدائرة الصغرى في صور لانتخاب نائب عن المقعد الشيعي الذي شغر بقبول استقالة النائب نواف محمود الموسوي.

يقرر ما يأتي:

- تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع في الدائرة الصغرى في صور الى /328/ قلم اقتراع، لانتخاب نائب عن المقعد الشيعي الذي شغر بقبول استقالة النائب نواف محمود الموسوي، وذلك على الوجه الآتي:
