ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 1364/4 تاريخ 8/7/2019،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد زيد سعيد بو قلفوني، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة حلوه مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد نايف بوسف ابو قلفوني، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
