ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قرار مجلس شورى الدولة رقم 241 تاريخ 12/12/2017 المتضمن ابطال القرار رقم 282 الصادر عن وزير الداخلية والبلديات بتاريخ 24/2/2012، والمتعلق بإنشاء بلدية في قرية شاتين - قضاء البترون.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية شاتين - قضاء البترون مبطلاً حكماً للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
