إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة).

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1425 تاريخ 6/10/1999 لا سيما المادة الرابعة منه.

بناء على إحالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 8/ب تاريخ 1/8/2019 .

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام للادارات والمجالس المحلية بالتكليف.

يقرر ما يأتي:

تؤلف لجنة قوامها السادة:

- المختار جوزف عزيز نصار - رئيسا

- عبود مسلم - عضوا

- جورج إيليا نصار - عضوا

المادة 2

مهمتها الاشراف على الاشغال الممولة من الصندوق البلدي المستقل أو المرصد لها إعتمادات في الموازنة العامة ضمن نطاق قرية دير شمرا - قضاء المتن.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
