إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة).

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1425 تاريخ 6/10/1999 لا سيما المادة الرابعة منه.

بناء على إحالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1926/ب/2017 تاريخ 6/5/2019 .

بناء على إقتراح المدير العام للادارات والمجالس المحلية بالتكليف.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تؤلف لجنة قوامها السادة:

- المختار يوسف أيوب صليبا - رئيسا

- ربيع سعد صليبا - عضوا

- شحاده ايوب صليبا - عضوا

المادة 2

مهمتها الاشراف على الاشغال الممولة من الصندوق البلدي المستقل أو المرصد لها اعتمادات في الموازنة العامة ضمن نطاق قرية أبو ميزان - قضاء المتن.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
