إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاءين المقدمين من صاحبي العلاقة المسجلين برقم 3426/ق تاريخ 17/9/2019 و3452/ق تاريخ 18/9/2019،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 1/10/2019،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يشطب، بناء لطلبه، اسم الخبير السيد روبير انطوان حنا من جدول الخبراء المحلفين لدى المحاكم فرع السير والميكانيك - محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

تصحّح شهرة الخبير السيد جورج ميلاد شاهين المعروف بدر في فرع المعلوماتية والاتصالات - محافظة جبل لبنان بحيث تصبح على الشكل التالي:

جورج ميلاد «بدر» بدلا من جورج ميلاد «شاهين المعروف بدر».

المادة 3

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
