ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في النبطية تحت رقم 6004594 تاريخ 21/3/2019 بإسم «دار سين».

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدة كارولين حيدر مراد، والمسجل تحت رقم 1324 تاريخ 20/6/2019، (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار)،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تمنح السيدة كارولين حيدر مراد، اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر بإسم «دار سين» تتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسها.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
