إن شركة (Microlights Limited (LLC المسجلة بتاريخ 17/4/2010، تحت رقم 2545 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع),

قد صرحت بتاريخ 27/11/2019، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 17182/2019، بأنها قد قررت بتاريخ 2/10/2019:

1 - إغلاق وتصفية وشطب قيد فرع الشركة في لبنان، ولذلك الغرض فقد تم الاتفاق على أن تاريخ إيقاف الأنشطة والأعمال في فرع لبنان هو 12/9/2019 .

2 - تعيين السيدة رشا جهاد حيدر كمصفية، وتُخول باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لإتمام إغلاق وتصفية وشطب قيد الفرع المشار إليه أعلاه.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
