إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4340 تاريخ 31/1/2019 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 144 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (قانون ضريبة الدخل)،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (الإجراءات الضريبية) لا سيما البند 7 من المادة 9 منه،

بناء على اقتراح مدير المالية العام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تمدد لغاية 24/01/2020 ضمنا، مهلة تقديم بيانات الفصل الرابع لضريبة الرواتب والأجور من سنة 2019 وتأدية الضريبة العائدة لها.

المادة 2

يُبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى موقع وزارة المالية الإلكتروني.
