إن وزير الصحة العامة ,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون الرقم 376 تاريخ 1/8/1994 وتعديلاته (مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة) لا سيما الـمادة 80 منه،

بناء على القرار رقم 306/1 تاريخ 3/6/2005 وتعديلاته (اسس تسعير الأدوية)،

بناء على القرار رقم 119/1 تاريخ 21/1/2020،

وبناء على اقتراح مدير عام الصحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يستبدل الجدول رقم 2 الـملحق بالقرار رقم 119/1 تاريخ 21/1/2020 بحيث تعتمد النسـخـة الـمصححـة الـمرفـقـة بدلاً من النسخة الصادرة،

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به فور صدوره.
