إن وزير الزراعة،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 31 تاريخ 18/1/1955 (تحديد مهام وزارة الزراعة)،

بناء على الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقــم 97 تــاريــخ 16/9/1983 وتعديلاته (دمج مؤسسات عامة بوزارة الزراعة وإعادة تنظيم الوزارة)،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/6/1994 وتعديلاته (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة...)،

بناء على القانون رقم تاريخ 28/11/2006 (قانون الحجر النباتي وتدابير الصحة النباتية)،

بناء على القرار رقم 853/1 تاريخ 27/11/2019 (إخضاع الخضار والفاكهة الـمستوردة إلى إذن استيراد مسبق)،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يُعلّق العمل بالـمادة الثالثة من القرار رقم 853/1 تاريخ 27/11/2019 (إخضاع الخضار والفاكهة الـمستوردة إلى إذن استيراد مسبق)، في ما خصّ البطاطا فـقـط، اعـتـبـاراً من تـاريخـه ولغـايـة 18/3/2020.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويُبلغ من يلزم.
