ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على رأي هيئة التشريع والاستشارات رقم 17/2013 تاريخ 10/1/2012،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد عبد اللطيف محمد يوسف باعتباره ثاني اكبر الاعضاء سنا في بلدة مدوخا، مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتغيب عن مركزه السيد عبد الحفيظ سليمان شحبر، وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
