عطفا على المادة /57/ من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 10343 تاريخ 14/6/1975 (نظام مجلس شورى الدولة)،

وعطفا على التعميم رقم 31/2000 تاريخ 26/8/2000 الذي حدد الاصول الواجب اتباعها لدى استطلاع رأي مجلس شورى الدولة ومن ضمنها وجوب ان تضم الى النص المطلوب بيان الرأي بشأنه خمس نسخ موقعة جميعها من الوزير الى الوزراء المختصين،

وعطفا على كتاب مجلس شورى الدولة رقم9632/2020 تاريخ 15/6/2020 الذي اوضح فيه بأن ضم ثلاث نسخ الى طلب بيان الرأي يعتبر كافيا لحسن سير طلبات استطلاع الرأي،

وتماشيا مع التوجه نحو تخفيض الكتلة الورقية، وتحسسا للظروف الاقتصادية التي تمر بها البلاد،

يطلب الى جميع الادارات العامة والمؤسسات العامة والبلديات واتحادات البلديات ضم ثلاث نسخ موقعة بدلا من خمسة لدى استطلاع رأي مجلس شورى الدولة.
