ان وزيرة العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد محمد ابراهيم الحجار المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع التخمين - محافظة جبل لبنان المسجل برقم 1269/ق تاريخ 12/8/2020،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الاعلى بتاريخ 25/8/2020،

تقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يشطب بناء لطلبه، اسم الخبير السيد محمد ابراهيم الحجار من جدول الخبراء المحلفين لدى المحاكم فرع التخمين - محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
