ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 1907/ب/2020 تاريخ 16/9/2020،

بناء على نص المادتين في 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)، وتعديلاته،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية بقسميا - قضاء البترون - محافظة لبنان الشمالي - منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

تعدل الـمادة الثانية من القرار رقم 1136 تاريخ 21/9/2020 الـمتعلق بحل مجلس بلدية بقسميا ــ قضاء البترون، لتصبح على الشكل التالي:

ــ يتولى قائمقام البترون القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية بقسميا بدلا من محافظ لبنان الشمالي حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
