ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1247/ب تاريخ 26/8/2020،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عيّن السيد جان يعقوب يونس، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سنا في بلدة كفرياسين - قضاء كسروان مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد يوسف كرم شلالا، وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
