ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1530/ب تاريخ 2/11/2020،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية دفون - قضاء عاليه - محافظ جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام عاليه بالانابة القيام باعمال مجلس بلدية دفون حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
