بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقـــم 65 تـــاريــخ 9/9/1983 )نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي(،

بناء على الطلبين الـمقدمين من صاحبي العلاقة الـمسجلين برقم 1594/ق تاريخ 2/10/2020 ورقم 1611/ق تاريخ 6/10/2020،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بـتـاريــخ 13/10/2020،

تقرر ما يأتي:
