ان مدير عام الجمارك،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 361، تاريخ 15/3/2017 (تعيين مدير عام الجمارك)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4461، تاريخ 15/12/2000 (قانون الجمارك) ولا سيما المادة 130 منه،

بناء قرارنا رقم 23/2020، تاريخ 20/5/2020 القاضي بتوقيف مخلص البضائع المرخص محمود عدنان عيتاني عن العمل لمدة ثلاثة اشهر.

يقرر ما يلي:

المادة 1

الاكتفاء بمدة توقيف مخلص البضائع المرخص محمود عدنان عيتاني وبالتالي السماح له بمعاودة مزاولة مهنة تخليص البضائع.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به اعتبارا من تاريخه.
