إن الـمدير العام للتعاونيات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 2182 تاريخ 18/8/2015 (تعيين الـمدير العام(،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 17199 تاريخ 18/8/1964 لا سيما الفقرة الخامسة من الـمادة 49 منه (قانون الجمعيات التعاونية(،

بناء على اقتراح رئيس دائرة التعاون الإقليمية في الشمال،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تُحلّ الجمعية التعاونية الزراعية في البترون م.م. الـمؤسسة بموجب القرار رقم 26/2ت تاريخ 1/9/1986، والـمسجلة لدى الـمديرية العامة للتعاونيات برقم 382/1 تاريخ 19/11/1986، وتُعين اليغانيا مخول مصفيا لها، ويُعطى الصلاحيات اللازمة لإجراء التصفية.

المادة 2

يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
