إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الإختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على كتاب محافظ بعلبك الهرمل رقم 2854 تاريخ 17/9/2020,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُـين السيد رامز بطرس عاقوري، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة مزرعة بيت مطر، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد سمير نهرا عاقوري وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
