ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على احالة محافظ البقاع رقـم 270/4 تـاريــخ 18/3/2021،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد وليد جوزف ابو نكد، باعتباره الخاسر الوحيد في حي حوش الزراعنة ــ زحلة بدلاً من الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد سامي نصري البركس وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
