إن وزيرة العدل،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقــم 65 تــاريـــخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي(،

بناء على الاستدعاء الـمقدم من الخبير السيد فضول جرجي خطار الشويري والـمتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة الـمدنية ــ مـحـافـظـة بيروت الـمسـجـل برقم 280/ق تاريخ 1/4/2021،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بـتـاريــخ 13/4/2021،

تقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يشطب اسم الخبير السيد فضول جرجي خطار الشويري من جدول الخبراء الـمحلفين لدى الـمحاكم فرع الهندسة الـمدنية ــ محافظة بيروت بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
